Trans Form Works-In-Progres Video!
Here’s the piece I presented earlier tonight. I’m still figuring out the best way to edit video on the Mac, so I may play around and re-upload a different version sometime tomorrow as I try to tweak settings to get a better-quality video clip. (Basically, it’s a question of which settings to use where while converting/exporting video. There are a lot of options, so I’m trying to determine what’s a reasonable set to use.)

I’m glad you enjoyed it. Still workin’ on the longer piece, but it feels good to have little things like this along the way.
When you were sitting there, saying DMVs are all the same, all I could think about was in ‘The Banger Sisters’ when Susan Surandon is sitting in the DMV. She looks around and realizes she’s the ‘same color as the department of motor vehicles.’ Just a random bit of information for you.

And I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Yeah, I’m working on an hour-long solo performance along these lines, which will run the second weekend in December. I’m hoping to do more works-in-progress videos like this one (to prove to myself I’m actually doing work, if nothing else…) and I’ll post ‘em if they’re any good.
