Honestly, I started my email expecting to simply agree. I started the next paragraph after "Yet they’re likely not to be read, let alone processed, by their apparent target demographic." quite a few times, and kept deleting the results. But I realized I was in the same place you were: "Yeah, he's right, but..but..." I finally came to the conclusion that even though they're right, as far as their thoughts go, it's really easy to say "What your trying won't work" when you weren't the target of bigotry and hatred to begin with.
